Books in Stock is located in charming downtown Wooster, Ohio, about 30 miles west of Akron/Canton, 30 miles east of I-71, and just a few minutes from U.S. 30. There is plenty of free parking near our store.

About Books in Stock

Books in Stock, located in lovely downtown Wooster Ohio, has been a general interest used book store serving Northeastern Ohio since 1989. We stock over 85,000 books in our clean, well-ordered store - with all books categorized by subject and alphabetized by author. We have a very large stock of both fiction and non-fiction, ranging from this year's best-sellers to rare and antiquarian books from the past two centuries.

Our Buying and Trade Policies

We are always buying both paperbacks and hardbacks at 25% of the price for which we will sell the book. We offer a trade credit program that gives you 50% of our selling price for a book in credit. This means that you receive twice as much in trade credit as you would in cash. You must trade paperbacks for paperbacks, and fiction for fiction.

Books in Stock Hours

Books in Stock is open 8:30am - 9pm Monday through Saturday, and 1pm - 5pm Sundays.
